They say being a mom is a full-time job, right? Wrong … ❌

Moms work an average of 98 hours per week. That is actually the equivalent of two and half full-time jobs 💼, according to a 2018 study from juice company Welch’s.

This is not breaking new, because we all know that moms work hard. It’s not a walk in the park to raise kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦👧👦

The study of 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ American mothers with kids between 5️⃣ and 1️⃣2️⃣ years old found that the average mother "clocks in" at 6:23 a.m. and "clocks out" at 8:31 p.m., for an average work day of 14 hours.

4 in 10 moms said the week felt like a never-ending series of tasks to complete. The results of the survey highlight just how demanding the role of a mom can be and the non-stop overload of tasks.

Busy moms may identify with the list of 'lifesavers' which highlights not just an extreme workload but a constant requirement to feed and take care of the family, week in and week out.

So let's give a BIG round of applause for all our super mamas! 👏🦸‍♀️
